Strength Training vs Weightlifting

With the update that removed the ability to track specific movements/exercises and their reps/sets in Weightlifting tracking, is there any reason to track your strength training/weightlifting workout with the Weightlifting workout tracking vs just using the more generic Strength Training tracking? The Weightlifting one just seems redundant to me now, or am I missing something?
