I recently switched to Go from ATT along with my family. We successfully transferred 2 of our numbers to Fi but have been stuck on the last number. I read here about the horrible support and it is very true. I have spent 2 or more weeks calling Fi support, being told they would send it to the real support, waiting over 3 days for the real support to even email me saying they were trying. Now another 3 days after that email with no progress and no update. Is it ATTs fault? Even if ATT is mostly responsible Googles outsourced fake support and probably overloaded actual support have done nothing to help.
