I recently purchased a Z6 through Google Fi and initially opted for the Assurant Insurance with Fi. However, I am now considering Samsung Care as a potentially better option.

I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could share their experiences with either of these insurance plans. Have you encountered any issues or rejections when seeking repairs?

This inquiry brings to mind a previous incident with my Samsung S7 . Unfortunately, it experienced a software failure that was beyond the warranty period, and the phone store was unable to assist me. However, I was informed that if the phone had been physically damaged, such as being run over, it would have been eligible for a free replacement.
