However, it also prompted me to question some of my own biases about where to draw lines around what what I feel is too dark. Is this dark and messed up? Hell yes. Can that be hot? At the end of the day it was the quality of the writing and the distinct energy of the character that made me want to fill this, even as the character does things that are absolutely reprehensible, if it's a fantasy folks can engage with safely, I say engage away!
