Alright everyone, I know I should have probably started with a lesson but golf was a very light hobby that somehow turned into my addiction..
I’m now ~10 months into my journey, all self thought in my backyard and on the range. I struggled with OTT to begin with, and now my misses are a push fade or a fat ass chunk. The last few rounds I’ve played have been mid 90s (93, 95, 95, 96) with the exception of the last round, which pushed me to booking this lesson lmao (shot 110 in easily the worst round I’ve played in 3 months).
This being said, do you have any tips for maximizing my lesson? I’m athletic and coachable, so I don’t expect to be “stuck in my ways,” but I do want to go into this with as few mental roadblocks as possible.
How was your first lesson? Did it change your game? How would you change the way you took your coaching?
