Your posture, distance from the ball and backswing are all fine. Your transition is what’s killing your swing. Watch the shaft tip vertically at the start of your DS…
Here are some thoughts to play with… how are you starting your DS? Hands/arms? Lower body? Feet? Freeze the vid at the bottom. You have zero rotation through impact. Play with leaving your hands up and feeling as though the hit will be late, meaning you should FEEL like you’ve completed the swing and THEN the hit happens. Or another way of putting it “hit it with your right side”.

“Firing the hips” is the wrong thought… do the hips typically look as though they’re the first things to move? Yes… but, it’s not as easy as just twisting open. I would think about the pressure in your feet… there are many YT videos that can help explain how pressuring spots in your feet can help with lower body rotation (getting open). I’d focus on that and trying to generate power through roatation, and not pulling the club with your arms/hands which is a common beginner mistake.
