This is MOSTLY the answer… your rt arm/wrists are collapsing in the BS. Your body knows you need to reach the ball and your pivot won’t allow it from where the club is at. You have 2 options, side bend like crazy (your a big guy, prob limited flexibility), so that’s not happening. Or come OTT. You can ONLY do the latter.
Here’s an idea to play with. BS plane is fine, I wouldn’t touch it rn. But at the top you need to feel width. Meaning, your hands need to stay as far away from your rt. shoulder as possible. Keep that feeling all the way thru impact AND in your follow through. This should help you feel the club head lag behind your hands. It will also help with pulling the club inside as others have mentioned, but that’s not your main culprit rn. Good luck
