Lessons aren't that expensive. Skip a round of golf or two for the month and find a local course pro. A ton of courses offer group lessons as well which are wildly cheaper than a solo lesson.
You can even find great deals on Groupon.
Your misaligned 20 second video of one swing you took at the range isn't going to give anyone here the reliable data they need to fix it.
It's easy to say "you're coming over the top" when that is what most golfers do. Finding the specific training tool needed to fix your swing is what a local pro can do in the .5 to 1 hour sessons.
I just find that people over analyze things by focusing too much on tour player swings and random advice online. Those will only get you so far, and if you misinterpret that advice it will hurt you way more.
