Ive decided to sell my Toyota GT86 after about a year and im looking into the German side of things. Ive been quoted insurance for both the GTI and the R, and the difference is huge. I can get the GTI insured for 1000 and the R for 5000 (both MK7 btw). So im most likley going to be getting the GTI. But my question is, do I keep the GTI stock until I can get insured on a R, or do I splash out on some mods for the GTI anyway because im quite interested in getting the IE stage 1 and such. Thanks in advance.
