Goldfish injury 2 mouth keeps healing shut

So about a month ago my goldfish injured its mouth inside the filter and filter and it keeps healing shut about every 3 days I go in with a scalpel and cut it back open again and she can eat just fine for about 3 days and it is and did not guys do the same thing over and over again you know it's tired of doing it I've tried to stroll in the mouth she spits it out I thought about quadrizing it but not sure Maybe even a couple stitches with fishing line to hold A straw in I don't know any thoughts help
