Cw: graphic harm to fish

Anyone else have horrible dreams where something bad happens to your fish, or is this just an OCD thing (actually dx'd not the colloquialism, my rumination focus is that something bad will happen to my loved ones and I will fail to save them-- like "what if my partner does something at work without safety equipment and dies and it's all my fault because I didn't tell them to wear safety equipment"). Last night I dreamed that I accidentally boiled my tank by turning on the heater too hot, and my fish jumped out of the tank and started dissolving in my hand dying 😭 there was another one where my fish got electrocuted and her tail fell off, there was another one where my other goldfish got burned and his eyes fell out. I have dreams like this all the time and they are so so graphic 🥶 but I am also new to the hobby, I have only had goldfish since early October, and my cycle crashed so I'm doing a fish-in cycle and am obviously worried (it's almost done again, but I found out my cycle crashed because one of my fish got ammonia injured). The dreams are getting more graphic and worse though. Part of it may be that I live in California and we've been having crazy fires lately and everybody is talking about emergency plans, we recently had to evacuate for a tsunami with five minutes notice and I had to leave my fish there and was really upset.
