Sick Fish Help

I have this fish from the fair and I’m trying to give it the best life possible within my own means, I’ve been pretty consistent with cleaning and water changes while also using API Goldfish Aquarium Cleaner once a week and Tetra AquaSafe once a month. The fish seems to be eating fine. I think I need to regulate the water temperature more (Planning on going and getting an aquarium thermometer to be able to do so). Any helpful advice would be very much appreciated on where I can go from and and how I can help my fish! No negativity please..i’m doing the best i can :)
