Where Did Common Law Go Wrong?
Post Body
I have been trying to research this, as technically we have a "common law" system, but it is not one of common sense. It seems like the 1930's is when common law ideas died but I can't necessarily put my finger on it. Overall outside academic settings you might as well be talking about US organic law or talking about stuff Sovereign Citizen stuff. Also if there is any country close to a common law like system I would be interested in looking into it. Thank you.
