Honestly since the Obama administration it seems like the last PT type thing to come out (besides Doug Casey, Simon Black, Andrew Henderson) is Grandpa's stuff, but it seems like since the world has changed so much that there seems to be less free areas.
- Singapore seems to be the only safe haven that is holding strong.
-Australia seems to be going into debt more and more but has not hit critical mass with their issues yet.
-Hong Kong seems to be going down a dark road. Georgia does seem promising.
- Panama is doing ok
-Chile has gone to shit
-Switzerland is DOA
-Monaco and Andorra seem good, but for the rich
-Puerto Rico is decent for Americans
-Estonia seems to be doing good, but NGOs seem to be creeping into that region
In terms of personal freedom, I really like Colombia, but income is my only problem (as I am not a famous podcaster or the like). Singapore seems like the only first world option for economic freedom. As for social freedom, South America seems to be stealing the light from Europe, as Europe has mandated content filtering, blocking porn (even in Germany), and rolling back drug decriminalization, as was the case in the Netherlands with not allowing tourists into the coffee shops. Outside that and some small pockets here and there I really don't see as many options as 10 years ago. Also very interested in Georgia, as it is not perfect on it's own, but as part of a larger strategy.
