Will be in Madrid this coming Sunday. Have two tickets for the Real Madrid match from stub hub.

I have seats in a VIP section I think. Seated 28 and 30. Are they next to each other? Do they do even numbers only or is it 28,29,30?
What app allows you to hold them and view them. I have an android phone and I downloaded them from stub hub but can't open them. So I downloaded an app pkpass or something and can view them but have to go into my document folder on my phone. Cannot save them into the wallet. What app can I use?
