My mom and I plan to avail of the Golden Visa as I plan to migrate from the Philippines to Spain.
We have been planning to start investing and applying for it around early/mid-November this year, since we want to do it by investing in (and acquiring) a residential property in Madrid.
My question is, considering the recent election that has taken place, what direction does the government of Spain have in mind for the Golden Visa? Would it be safe for my investment to make it in time when we start processing it in early-mid November this year and consequently acquire the residency? (since we are just almost close to saving up for the required investment, 500k euros). We did a little scouting prior around April this year.
Advice and opinions are appreciated.
