I have come across a game breaking bug and I am completely locked in a certain area. It is not the realm travel soft lock bug people have encountered. Googling doesn't seem to help as all I get are posts about the actual bugs (insects) in the game and reports about day 1 patches.

I am basically stuck in a small area where I need to crouch to move through a gap to progress. I got through fine the first time, died in the encounter afterwards, and the game picks up from before entering the crouch space.

The problem is it is a tiny area that you pop into, trigger a story scene, then return where you came. So I can not back track, there are no enemies in this small area so I can not die, i am literally stuck with nothing to do.

I have even tried restarting the console. I am locked out of progression.

I have tried to be vague to avoid spoilers for people. I am about 18 hours in to the game.
