Here is the map shown from map orientation.

What changes each run?

• The mobs
• The traps
• Where the gong-box is
• The chests between rooms.
• The runes on the rune box.

What does not change each run?

• The actual layout of rooms.
• The content in the treasure room.

What's in the treasure room?

• 1000 chest
• 2500 chest - enchant to take less mist damage
• 5000 chest - an axe upgrade (post-game you sell it to dorfs for the item it seems)
• 7500 chest
• 7500 chest
• 3 realm tears (10k, 15k, 20k)- axe and blade pommel a talisman, they all apply weakness debuff

Where do I get the realm tear key?

• RNG from golden boxes in the runs. You will likely have more of these than you need.
• The Valkyrie needs to be dead. (unconfirmed?)

The boxes

So far it seems the runes going from right to left on the rune box are in rooms R1, R2, and R3. One of the gongs is always going to be very far away. Use a charged R2 throw to get it.

Notes

1. With 3 pieces of mist gear you'll finish the whole thing with around 1/3 to 1/2 of the timer left if you don't have to backtrack to fix the runes.
2. If you fully clear everything you should come out with at least 5000 mist. The most I have gotten was a little over 10,000 mist due to multiple gold chests between rooms.You also get something like 50k HS.
3. Be sure you look down each path between rooms if there are two. You're checking for indents in the wall. Indents can have a gold, red, or brown chest. Opening chests adds to your timer so that the opening animation doesn't take anything away (you come out a little ahead).
4. There will be a gong-locked box somewhere in the gray rooms. One gong will always be either on the far outside or inside of the maze.
5. Killing the valkyrie resets the maze timer.
6. The blades don't isntant kill you, but they do about 1/4 of your HP.
