Tips for playing on hard ground

Post Body
I'm fairly new to goalkeeping, and I play for a rec league team who mostly play on a hard 2G astro pitch. I'm pretty good at coming out and sweeping up to try and reduced the number of shots I have to deal with, but when I do have to make a save I can't bring myself to dive on the hard ground. Has anyone got any tips for goalkeeping on hard ground without hurting myself?
