Getting back into it

I had my first training session last night after not playing any football at all for 4 years and not playing any 11 v 11 for 5 years. Needless to say, my back shoulders and quads are KILLING me. I also found my footwork had really degraded but was surprised how sharp my reactions were.

Do you guys have any tips on starting again after so long away? Fitness, technique, drills etc are all welcome
