Weight Distribution Hitch
Post Body

Seeking advice: I had a weight distribution hitch for a pathfinder (5000lb towing capacity) pulling a 4000lb dry weight travel trailer. It was very necessary for that smaller SUV because the rear end sagged a lot even though the trailer was within the towing capacity. Admittedly we were pushing it with the Pathfinder so I traded it in for a Tahoe with better towing capacity. Now when I attach the trailer it is perfectly level with the Tahoe, and it seems like a weight distribution hitch may not be necessary. Should I be using it anyway?
