What can the biggest SUVs tow?

I’m looking at trailers and I’m not sure what I’ll end up with. Right now it looks like something that’s 24-27 ft, and those typically weigh 7,000 pounds or so. I need a bunk house floor plan in order to accommodate my young kids.

I’d really prefer to not get a truck - as this really wouldn’t work for my family. I know I’m going to get some nasty comments about that, but I’m curious what people say about the max you can pull with the biggest SUVs out there.
