Dealer speaking the truth?
Post Body

The title maybe laughable but I'm curious. So my Fiancée and I with our 2 kids are selling our house and moving into her mom's house with her and pay rent. However before that happens the house needs extensive remodeling before we live in it. Fiancée wants to do camping in the future as that's what she grew up doing. So we are going to buy either a TT or 5er not sure yet and live in it on her property for the 2-4months of remodeling. We wanted to buy said camper after we sold our house so we had down payment money. We talked to the dealer about our situation and he told us we needed to buy now before selling the house. He said otherwise the bank through research would assume we were living in the camper and rewind the funding. How true is this and when we go to actually buy a camper just leave those details out? Thanks
