Looking for a little more space.

We have 2016 Winnebago winniedrop 1780. We have loved it and enjoyed some awesome trips. We are spending more and more time on the road and want a little more room. So we are going to be selling ours and in the spring we will get into a newer rig. Our tow vehicle capacity limit is 7100 lbs. So we are trying to find the right balance between "roomy" and still keep the GVW at around 5200-5500 lbs. So what models have the rest of you come across that you liked.. that felt open and comfortable, but still came in under 5500 lbs. It's just the two of us.. so not interested in bunk house floor plans, though we do occasionally have guests so an extra bed is needed once in a while. What say you?
