Anybody ever have the back wall of their trailer opened to repair water damage? Ideas on cost?
Post Body

So I found some water damage in the back of my 5er today. One corner had a soft spot in the wall and I was able to stick my finger through it. The inside of the wall was soaking wet. But we did get probably 2” of rain the last 2 days. So I bought this trailer last fall private party. I thought I did a good job inspecting it, but apparently not as I don’t think 2 days of rain would cause the wall to go soft that quick.

I have an appt at a repair center next month as they are booked up until then. But just trying to find out what I should be planning for cost wise? My outside is corrugated metal so it can be removed and repaired vs replacing the whole wall if it was vacuum formed. It’s only one corner of the trailer and surprisingly it’s only near the bottom of the trailer. The ceiling in this spot is dry, I’m assuming the leak is further down. I’ll likely also have them check and seal all my exterior seems while it’s being worked on.
