Platinum to the user that calculates two things for me (a real world example of math I should have paid attention to in grade school)

It’s been a long few months and I’m pretty brain dead.
I have a patio. It’s shaped like this. (Not to scale.) I need the square footage calculated and then I need to know how many packs of this flooring I’d need to purchase to cover it. Tiles can be cut to fit on the sides, but I’d like as little waste as possible.
Easy enough, right? Please show your work, or be able to explain it.
