Like the title says, I need help completing the Silver Tank Challenge in the Proving Grounds. Not just "Here's a guide, go for it," but someone actually sitting down with me (or Skype'ing or whatever) and helping me complete the challenge. If you live in the Philadelphia area, that's a plus.
