My mental health was at my lowest in the first two pictures. I didn’t have a healthy mindset or lifestyle. Things finally got bad enough that was I sick and tired of being sick and tired. That started my health and self love journey. I started watching YouTube videos on other people’s transformation stories and that helped me to accept myself so I could grow and change. Now I’m a yoga teacher and it’s my turn to help and give back. The me back then would be so proud of myself now (:
