Now look. Albeit i’m not making it on the covers of magazines anytime soon as I’m very much average/slightly below average in looks.
Weight loss makes all the difference.
Fat with distort facial features, and make you look objectively uglier than what you COULD look like.
We have a lot of very pretty people walking the Earth right now that would never know it because they are 40 lbs overweight. That alone should be enough motivation to lose weight for most people.
The key is reaching your breaking point. Your catalyst. The moment that either saddens you or pisses you off to the point where you have had enough.
In my case, it was a health scare. Age 19, 400lbs, chronic Adderall user, went into cardiac arrest…. AT 19!!! no 19-year-old should go through that.. That was my breaking point.
I wish it could’ve been sooner. I wish my breaking point would have been the social rejection, the inability to enjoy simple things in life, the fact that I get winded walking to the mailbox, the fact that girls don’t want 400 pounds on top of them, etc etc The list goes on.
However. I got there. And I’m here to say that everyone in this subreddit can get there too. I pray that it doesn’t require a heart attack for you to do so, however .
Find your breaking point, and you are unstoppable.
