How do you find glory holes?

So I love the idea of a gloryhole but without any real idea of them I'm curious how people go about public glory holes? I assume due to risk of getting an injured member or std that truly random and public glory holes are too risky/don't happen so I was wondering how people find glory holes and how random of an encounter can it be or is it a hole in someone's private door type thing? Thanks for the help in advance PS I'm in Melbourne Australia if location helps
