How does everyone remember the description of their available missions?

Im the book keeper during my girlfriend's and myself campaign and we have a couple of available missions at all times and I can never remember what the description of the mission is. I don't want to refer to the mission pages for fear of spoilers. Should I just take paper notes at the end of every mission or does anyone have a resource or trick to recommend?
