Cant hit anything with my G21.

I had my glock prob over a year now and only maybe put around 700 rounds through it. But every time I go shooting with it I cant hit anything. I cant figure out where to hold on a target, maybe its the way I hold, but I tried different grips and stances and nothing helps. I shoot about 20 to 30 feet, even tried closer and still nothing. I dont know what to do.
