Gen 4 19c failure to eject after holosun red dot

I recently put a holosun 407c on my gen 4 19c and after every round it failed to eject the spent casing. i’ve read that it could be the screws for the optic are too long but i can’t see the extractor to tell if they’re too long. I’ve put maybe 700 rounds through it since i cleaned it. could it just be dirty?
