Best place to buy good starting point modded glocks/ modded frames?

So long story short blah blah Maryland handgun roster I can’t buy any frames that aren’t glock frames. (I was going to buy an SCT19.)
I was wondering if there was a place anyone knew of that ideally sold pre-customized frames so I wouldn’t have to buy it then immediately send it to someone and wait forever. Mainly looking for some laser stippling and maybe a cerakote. If that doesn’t exist, a place that does custom glocks would be cool too.
