Personal accountability?

I understand overall as a world and at the country-level, the Paris climate accord sets reductions in emissions. Obviously we should all try to reduce consumption and emissions as much as possible, but has it been calculated on a per capita basis? I'd like to abide by the agreement and track my progress. Has anyone seen something like this? I'm in the US.
Q: Where are we right now with emissions per capita by country and what is the goal per capita by country?
