Greetings to our allies in the PRC,

The supreme leader has instructed me to write this letter today asking if the son of the top leader would be allowed a place within the revered PLA National Defence University. He is both a skilled athlete and an excellent student with a keen mind for military affairs. He has been taught in Switzerland for his entire childhood at esteemed international schools and had access to many of the best tutors available. Language is also not an issue as he is fluent in Korean, Mandarin, and English.

The supreme leader has also instructed me to let officials know that his son is to receive no special treatment due to his position; he will be enrolled anonymously and treated as such.

We hope that this connection of our nations future leader to our closest ally will lead to deeper bonds in the coming future.
