With the recent outbreak of Islamic terrorism in Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan. While we are uncertain of how much the Russians are going to dedicate to combat the Islamic insurgency in the region, Turkey would like to offer its own support in combating against these terrorists. Using Special Forces units in the role of direct combat as well as supporting Uzbek, Kyrgyz, and Tajik forces, we hope that the joint operation will be critical in fighting the ISIS-K as well as improving our cooperation.

We also would like to offer our drone use in order to help pinpoint insurgent positions and conduct strikes against them. Given our campaign in Syria, we actually have a decent amount of combat knowledge, especially in dealing with rebels/insurgents. Therefore, we think we have a vast knowledge of experience that can be critical in ending this insurgency before it balloons into the Taliban retaking Afghanistan.

Our forces are ready for the deployment, we just await your confirmation of Turkish support.
