We would like to congratulate the Pakistanis for their ability to catch us off guard in Kandahar. We thought that our stepping in to end the war that saw 600,000 of your people died, that Pakistan had realized the devastating loss that can be incurred from aggressive actions being taken.

With your unwarranted attack, you have demonstrated the instability of your government. You have demonstrated to us that we should have taken a stronger stance against you after your attack on Tajikistan. You still have not learned your lessons from the conflict, and it seems that you need us to show you what happens to those who take aggressive actions against us.

We demand Pakistan to call off its invasion into Khandahar to "recover" whatever it aims to grab. We also demand the return of the prisoners, and compensation for the damage you have caused. Failure to accept these demands will lead to Russia making a response that ensures Pakistan's aggression is ended.
