Recruitment

With our land grabs, the Communist Party of Ukraine (now the leading Party in the Ukrainian Socialist Soviet Republic) has propagandized millions more. Our total landmass now at ‭172,234‬km² with our population now amassing to 15,375,090‬ people. Luckily, our refugee crisis has been minimized thanks to the assistance of Russia and the United States.

It seems now that the United States has more problems with sadly, Bernie Sanders, its General-Secretary dealing with a civil war. Nevertheless, our own Civil War continues to strive on.

30,000 new soldiers will be recruited in both the NKVD as well as the Ukrainian Red Army.

Conscription

Our conscripts will serve in the reserves, auxiliary and other vital pieces of the Ukrainian Movement. These soldiers will be put onto a 6-month specialist training regime, as will the volunteers above however they will be tasked specifically to their craft. Humanitarian/Medical Corps individuals will receive nurse and similar equivalency in licensing. Same with engineers, architects and other set skill-trades. The main priority is working towards civilian applications once the war is over.

52,000 Conscripted into the industrial backbone, reconstruction corps, medical corps, Ukrainian Humanitarian Legion and other units

Reconstruction of newly captured regions will be paramount as will be the establishment of and wealth distribution.

Majority of them will not be on the frontline unless they request such specifically. This brings our military to 260,179 Active Personnel with 110,000 Reserve Personnel

Red Army: ‭215,179‬‬ Active Personnel; 93,500 Reserve Personnel

NKVD: 37,500 Active Personnel; 15,500 Reserve Personnel (Split into both Political and Active War Commissars)

Ukrainian Air Force 7,500 Active Personnel, 1,000 Reserve Personnel
