The individual, /u/IntellectualPolitics, earned a first-round victory at his Party Headquarters last night, despite being considered a relative outsider for the position by the majority of national newspapers, and overcame challenges from the Foreign and Defence Ministers, after the Prime Minister retired following two successful terms in Office - leaving his Party three years before another General Election.

This promise for 'change' is already been realised, at least on a Party political level, with several Executive Orders having already been passed by the newly assembled Party congress; the Party is to be renamed the 'Conservative Traditionalist Party,' a Party President has been appointed, and the position of Deputy Leader has been abolished. It is assumed that an updated manifesto will soon be released, alongside a Cabinet Reshuffle, where Kaj Nordheim is expected to be named as the Minister for Finance, given the joint retirement of Pavel Paulson.
