I was wondering if anyone on here could possibly help me out. I have been trying to get my account verified and make a purchase since October 27 and after 21 requests open with support I and finally showing that everything is verified I get a internal error when trying to make a purchase...support asked for a screen shot and then I provided it and then they just marked it as solved and so I have provided the screen shot 3 times and the last message I got was instructed to re-submit my ID and told to click on my avaitar and then account and then verify Id but there is no option to do this or edit it as it shows that my ID is verified. Then they marked my request as solved. I think maybe he just glanced over my submission and though I asked how to get my ID verified maybe? I feel like I am on MTV punked but no one ever hops out to tell me I have been punked. I thought I would try on here since support has been no help. If anyone could please tell me something I could possibly due to make a purchase...my bank account has never showed a purchase every being tried ..any help at all would be appreciated...
