I know this does not relate directly towards trading through CSGO but can someone please help??

Gave my trusted friend $180, he cannot refund or send the money. He cannot provide any photo ID, SSN, credit card. Is there anything I can do to get my money back?? I sent as family and friends and am not verified on PayPal.

Any suggestions? He called PayPal and they just locked his account.. I really need the money back!

Edit: Now my account is limited, any idea what is happening? I did not get scammed, he cannot just send the money. I know the guy
