Be aware stupid question

I Play cs Go since atleast 16 months and bought a Headset a Week ago to finally hear footsteps 😅😅. Now i can hear them quite OK but now im almost deaf from hearing the gunshots so loud...is there any command or Something in the settings to Turn the gunshots down or how do you handle that? I cant concentrate on the footsteps when i get ptsd from a usps. Sorry for that stupid question
