Solution to stuttering

I have been having issues with stuttering for at least the last month. Game was basically unplayable for and I was pulling my hair out trying to fix it. Found a thread from 3 years ago explaining my exact situation and the top comment was r_dynamic 0. Booted up my game and entered the command and voila problem solved. May not work for everyone but definitely worked for me so worth a try. Hope this helps someone
