Random sound pops and frame stuttering?

Does anyone else experience this? The sound popping used to be really bad for me but recently it has gotten better. However it still pops up every now and then. Also sometimes when I'm shooting or being shot at, the game kind of freezes for a micro-second, which always causes me to die.
I have an 6600k and 1070. Usually average around 250-300 FPS in game.
Does anyone else experience these issues?
