FPS starts high but drops after 10 min ~

Everytime when i open the game i have 200fps(locked at that) and after around 10 min playing it just drops to constant 90 never even more than 100fps for no reason no alltabing not doing anything , it just suddenly drops dosent matter which gamemode im playing or anything just bam and fps is gone. Anyone know how to fix this?
