So every now and then I get a glitch where the menu cursor that you get when you open the buy menu, after you hit the ESC button or when you go to vote kick a player gets stuck on my screen while I am in-game.

When this happens I cannot do anything that requires my mouse such as aim, shoot, scope and weapon switch (or for me jump).

I cannot press ESC to exit the game or go to options or anything like that, when I open the buy menu I cannot use my mouse to buy and the only thing my cursor reacts to is the vote menu.

It seems that when this happens I had previously opened the vote menu to kick a player or to surrender and I cannot figure out what I am doing that causes it.

Is there any known fixes to this? Because in order for me to get rid of it I have to close the game completely and open it back up, which this could possibly cause me and my team to lose because of me not being there for a round or 2.
