I have been playing this game since July, started at silver 3 and I am MG2 right now. (yea my growth is kinda slow compared to others lol). I used to solo queue but I have been queuing with my friends ever since I am in nova 4. Needless to say, going to MG2 from nova 4 was a breeze (got to the rank before the banwaves). We queue in a 5 man most of the time, although it can sometimes be just a 3 or 4 man queue. I am never the carry in the team, but I am also never the dead weight. My friends wants me to make the calls on where to go, what to do, etc. I usually midfrag, although I occasionally top frag, and seldomly bottom frag. My experience with my 5 man so far is mostly positive, and even my bottom fragging team mates are not dead weight. They usually just are there because of the strategies (trying to entry but ended up dying, but we still got the trade kill, etc), or sometimes just because they have a bad game.

Now this is where the issue starts. I have been playing badly the past few days, and one of my 5 man friends has been saying things such as him carrying me to my rank right now. Although I agree that he might have the best aim among our 5 man team, and usually top frags, I think that carrying is an overstatement when his kills are within 4 kills of the rest of the team. My mistakes or bad plays are highlighted by him, but he also makes mistakes as well.

On my last game, I was playing with my secondary account because I am playing with my lower ranked friends as well (my secondary account is the same rank, although with 750 less hours played). Keep in mind that I have been playing badly the past few days. I wasn't calling this game, and I was the only B player on CT side Dust 2. My better teammate was awping mid doors. He was rushed by someone at mid, and when he died, he blamed me for not helping him. Bomb hasn't been spotted yet in this round. Isn't my decision to stay in B the right one? If I left B, the site will be completely open because the rest of my teammates are at A. (I need you guys' opinion on this scenario and what you'll do if you are in my position) (I have used my smoke to smoke off tunnels, and the smoke has disappeared).

Playing with him has started to become frustrating because of this. He might be the best player in our 5 man, but he doesn't always play well as well. There are times when he just doesn't play well, and the rest of us needs to perform well.

I personally don't really want any conflict but it is getting frustrating enough that it kinda affects my game whenever I am playing with him
