Recent Ping Spikes in EU West servers?

Hey,
I recently have a lot of ping spikes on EU West servers, my ping is shaking between 50 and 100 all the time and weapons in my hand are lagging. The var value is always between 0.030 and 0.100 and normally I don't have any issues, but recently I do.
My internet is normal as always, ping in TS is also okay, but not in game. Is this somehow fixable?
