Competitive match making cool-downs due to comcasts regular outages.

Unless you are fortunate enough not to be stuck with shitty Comcast internet, you must have experienced the nearly nightly random internet outage that can last anywhere from 1-2 hours. Because of this, i regularly have to take a 7 day break before being able to que for MM, this is of course ridiculous. I understand the reason there needs to be a punishment, but the cool-downs need to be no longer then 24 hours for legit timeouts. I'm really surprised more people don't complain about this.
